2025 2L Litigation Summer Associate (Rochester)

Barclay Damon LLP, a leading regional law firm that operates from a strategic platform of offices in Albany, Boston, Buffalo, New Haven, New York City, Rochester, Syracuse, Washington DC, and Toronto, is seeking qualified 2L candidates for its 2025 Summer Associate Program. We are currently seeking candidates for the positions described below; please check back periodically as additional positions may be added. Candidates must be rising second-year law students currently ranked in the top 25 percent of their law school class. Law journal membership and/or moot court participation are preferred but not required.

Summer associates at Barclay Damon can pursue litigation, non-litigation, and hybrid (litigation & non-litigation) tracks during their summer at the Firm. Within each designated track, summer associates have the opportunity to work in various Practice Groups and Practice Areas and with attorneys across the Firm’s platform. They have the freedom and the flexibility to explore all that the Firm has to offer, while developing their style of practice and skills.

Biweekly pay range: $3,800 to 4,200.

This pay range represents the firm’s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for the position and does not include performance- or merit-based bonuses or other benefits offered by the firm. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location.
