Barclay Damon LLP, a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates from a strategic platform of offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto, is seeking a senior-level associate or junior-level partner with significant experience in regulatory compliance in health care law to join any of the firm's Upstate New York offices in the Health Care Practice Group.

The attorney will represent sophisticated health care clients in a wide range of matters and will support and enhance a robust health care practice across the firm’s platform, with the opportunity to assume a leadership role in the group. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience, including regulatory work for health care clients. Strong demonstrated communication and negotiation skills are required. A portable and growing book of business, although not a requirement, is desirable.
